Leigh Fludd-Smith is an Interior Decorator and Design Consultant based in northern Westchester County, NY. She founded her firm, Hudson Smith Interiors, in 2006. In addition to her work in the residential market, her clients have also included daycare centers, churches, restaurants, and retail stores. Early in her career, she developed the “Five-Prong Philosophy on Design”, which explains the key principles for her practice: it’s not about the designer; it’s ALL about the client; good design should be affordable and accessible; the interior design process should never be scary or intimidating; a good home is never “done”. Leigh prides herself on her ability to listen to the needs of her clients, while also “hearing” what is not said. She is an expert at creative problem-solving, especially in reference to space planning, and brings her passion for helping people live their best lives to her work at SensaRooms.
